Nathan-Luca Wagner
Theorist, model developer and founder of Die innere Logik

What was only felt becomes visible.
Who I am today
I am a theorist, model developer and the founder of Die innere Logik. I develop theories, structured models and AI-supported systems for psychological self-reflection and self-leadership.
At the centre stands the question why people feel, react and protect themselves — and how they can find their way back to themselves.
This work has also grown out of many years of personal experience with psychological strain, therapy and intensive self-inquiry. For around twenty years I have been on this path. I have encountered many approaches, tried many, questioned many, and over time recognised more clearly which inner connections really matter.
What has helped me, I would like to pass on. Not as a finished truth, but as experience-based knowledge and psychological orientation for people who want to understand themselves more deeply.
What I develop
I develop models that make certain psychological connections visible in a structured way — and, from them, guided processes for self-reflection and self-leadership.
- Fear-Recognition Theory →
How valuation, fear and the need for recognition shape inner patterns. Explained in detail in the book “Das Gefängnis der Wertung”.
- Meta-Model N →
The inner chain behind behaviour: perception, valuation, feeling, self-worth, well-being, will, decision.
- Schema-B →
The practical approach: inner parts, old protective reactions, stabilisation and integration.
- Coping with Conflict →
Based on a model by Dr. med. Pascal Wohlgemuth, carefully expanded for Die innere Logik.
- Integrative Self-Leadership (ISF) →
The method behind the ISF companion: understanding an inner block in one concrete situation and developing a new response.
From this, three free companions and three specialised AI coaches have emerged — for conflict, inner blocks and procrastination. They are described on the English home page.
My role
I am the founder, model developer, research initiator and developer of AI-supported systems for psychological self-reflection and self-inquiry.
In this role, I develop:
- the overarching models,
- the content and processes of the companions and AI coaches,
- the language and user guidance,
- the theoretical framework,
- the product vision,
- the overall technical and conceptual architecture.
Why Die innere Logik exists
Many people do not only suffer from what happens to them. They suffer from how they judge it inwardly. To the first pain, a second one is added: I should not feel this way. I am too much. I am not enough. I am wrong.
Die innere Logik wants to make exactly this point visible. Human behaviour has an inner logic — not always a conscious one, not always a healthy one, but one that can be understood. Once it becomes visible, a person no longer has to fight themselves. They can begin to meet themselves.
I do not see the human being as a mistake, a diagnosis or a problem. I see the human being as a consciousness that has been shaped, that has protected itself, that has adapted, and that has sometimes lost contact with itself in the process.
How my work is reviewed
I am not a psychologist or a psychotherapist. That is why nothing reaches people unreviewed.
Dr. med. Pascal Wohlgemuth accompanies the work as the responsible professional. The method, content and safety logic of the companions and AI coaches are read through, questioned and, where needed, adjusted before they become accessible.
The theoretical foundations are published and citable (see Publications). The three AI coaches are currently under technical and professional review and therefore not yet available; they are not yet clinically validated. Safety is part of the system — more under Safety & limits.
Die innere Logik does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis intervention.
