Vision

Where the journey is still going.

„Die innere Logik“ is more than what you can see on the platform today. This page gathers what we are working towards in the long term, and what this space wants to stand for.

01 · Vision

A psychological ecosystem for self-knowledge, psychological self-inquiry and change

The first and overarching vision is that Die innere Logik does not remain a single tool. Everything that emerges here is meant to grow together over time into a whole — something like a psychological ecosystem for self-knowledge, psychological self-inquiry and change.

Several parts already belong to it today, all built from the same inner logic, sharing the same map and referring to one another:

  • The three companions — low-threshold entry points that make a first pattern visible: Schema-B, The Prison of Valuation and Coping with Conflict.
  • The Integrative Self-Leadership & Development Space (ISF) — the deeper, guided work in two directions: anchoring an already lived moment of strength and laying it as a track into the future, or interrupting an old, triggered pattern and building a new, adult response.
  • The Conflict Coach and the Procrastination & Implementation Coach — two further guided processes for one concrete situation: an interpersonal conflict, or not getting into action. Currently under technical and professional review; described on the English home page.
  • Meta-Model N — the psychological map with which inner patterns can be named and located. Visible in the current research.
  • Integrative Self-Leadership (ISF) — the method behind it: recognising activated states, interrupting old patterns and anchoring new ways of responding. Explained under Integrative Self-Leadership.

The decisive idea is that these parts are not side by side but connected. All carry the same stance: no judgement, no overwhelm, no substitute for therapy. A person can enter lightly or go deep, work alone or be accompanied — and always moves within the same understanding of themselves.

What emerges is more than a collection of applications: a coherent whole that meets a person where they are — and that grows with the people who work with it.

Developing, reviewing and thinking further — together

Die innere Logik is not meant to grow into a psychological ecosystem on its own. For its further development I am looking for exchange and collaboration with professional organisations, universities, research institutions, clinics, foundations and responsible technology partners.

The first step is getting to know each other. The other side should be able to get to know the products, the mission and the way Die innere Logik works. On that basis it can be examined together whether a collaboration makes professional sense, serves a defined purpose and can be shaped so that it fits both sides.

Research, professional review, data protection, safety and responsible technical development are to be considered from the very beginning.

If you are interested in supporting, researching or co-developing this vision, please write to me at nathan@innerelogik.ch.

03 · Vision

Clinical validation of the three companions

Die innere Logik is not meant to grow out of a personal idea alone. It must become testable. I want the three companions to be examined, refined and validated together with clinicians, therapeutic institutions, hospitals, universities and research centres.

Three questions are central:

  • Does the companion actually help people understand themselves better?
  • Does it feel safe, clear and not overwhelming?
  • Can it cleanly distinguish between self-inquiry, stabilisation, orientation and the boundary of professional therapy?

The companions are not meant as a replacement for psychotherapy. They are meant to demonstrate whether a structured, attentive and consciousness-oriented digital companionship can support people in specific situations, for example before therapy (orientation), alongside therapy (depth of self-reflection), after therapy (integration into daily life), or simply when someone wants to understand their inner patterns more clearly.

04 · Vision

A community for self-knowledge and inner development

Inner development happens within one's own consciousness, but it often needs a space in which people do not feel wrong. A space where questions are allowed. A space where no one is judged, shamed, or prematurely diagnosed.

I am imagining a community for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, people working with fear, valuation, self-worth, relational patterns, conflict, trauma, consciousness and inner growth. Not a place for quick advice. A space for honest self-inquiry.

05 · Vision

A native app that brings self-inquiry into everyday life

This vision is an app of our own for iOS and Android.

Today Die innere Logik is a web platform. A native app could keep self-inquiry closer to everyday life: the three companions, reflection prompts and audio impulses available on the go, in a protected space that does not end up in the browser history — with gentle reminders if you want them.

What would matter to me:

  • No push notifications that push into a crisis.
  • No tracking of your inner movements.
  • No gamification that ties self-worth to streaks.
  • No suggestion that the app could replace a human being.

Here too: no crisis intervention, no digital therapist, no diagnosis — but a reliable space for the work between sessions, between weeks, between inner steps.

A future with responsibility

These visions are not finished products. They are pictures of research and development.

What matters to me is that technology does not replace the human being. It should support. It should give orientation where people alone cannot move forward. It should help to make inner connections visible, without judging or overwhelming the person.

A future in which technology helps human beings meet themselves more clearly, more safely, and more kindly.

That is where I want to go with „Die innere Logik“.
